There is a real family atmosphere & part of that is that we are all proud to work here & proud of the products. And it's not just the staff who feels like that,it's the customers too! It means that everyone can liaise,communicate easily, work together & plan to ensure every order runs smoothly.
All installations carry a warranty through our membership with the KBSA – Kitchen & Bathroom Specialists Association; we operate Consumer Care Plus Insurance, whereby your project is fully protected from the date of contract up to six years from completion of contract. Richford Designs Ltd chooses only woods from renewable forests. Most work is done with Oak, Ash, Maple and Cherry, with each chosen for its particular Natural Characteristics.
